1. Who runs this website?

JetAssistance is an independent travel information platform. Our operator is JetAssistance Team. We are not an airline, airport, travel agency, government agency or air-traffic authority. We provide public reference information rather than handling or changing airline bookings.

2. Information we collect

Technical access data: Our hosting provider may record IP addresses, the time and destination of requests, general browser information, error details, and security events. We use this information for website delivery, performance diagnostics, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Information you choose to enter: When you search for a flight, airport, airline or route, the website uses the information you enter to return a result. When you submit a question or correction by email, we receive and use the contents of your message to answer it.

Aircraft tracking: Live aircraft positions are obtained through a server connection to data suppliers. The selected geographic area or aircraft identifier may be sent by our server to obtain current flight positions. The map cannot access your precise device location unless you deliberately provide it through your browser.

3. How information is used

We use the minimum information needed to operate navigation and travel tools, maintain accurate airport references, detect technical failures, improve usability, prevent automated abuse and respond to contact requests. We do not require a customer account, passport number or payment card number for the public travel tools.

4. Analytics, advertising and Google services

When configured, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how visitors use the website. Google AdSense may display automated advertisements on our travel, airport, airline and guide pages. We do not insert Auto ads on our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use or Cookie Policy pages.

Google tags can be downloaded when a page opens. The processing, storage and advertising uses permitted for your visit depend on applicable regional rules and the choices communicated through Google's consent-management technology. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, consent requirements may apply to cookies and personalised advertising; the relevant consent-management message is managed by our advertising provider.

5. Cookies and local storage

Website appearance preferences may be saved in your browser's local storage. If you access the administrator area, a session cookie helps protect the account. 6. Sharing and international processing

Our hosting provider processes technical website access information. The providers behind flight-position data, maps and third-party links may process requests necessary for those functions. Where Google Analytics or advertising is enabled, information may be transmitted to Google's infrastructure in other countries under Google's applicable terms.

7. Retention

Application settings and cached flight data are kept only as needed for the service. Technical and security logs are retained according to hosting and operational requirements, then deleted or rotated according to the operator's retention practices. Messages sent to us are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable record of corrections, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

8. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority. Contact us to make a request and include sufficient detail to identify the information concerned; please do not send sensitive identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure process.

You can also manage Google's advertising consent where the privacy choices control is available. Most browsers allow you to delete cookies and locally stored preferences. Blocking some essential storage may affect administrator functions.

9. Children and external websites

The platform is intended for general audiences, not specifically directed to children. External airline, airport and other websites have their own privacy policies. Always review the external service's terms before sharing booking, identity or payment information.
