JetAssistance publishes aviation and travel reference information to help you prepare for a journey. This disclaimer clarifies how to interpret live maps, journey tools and public travel guidance.

Independent information, not an official flight service

JetAssistance is not affiliated with any airline, airport, aviation authority or air traffic control provider unless a relationship is expressly identified. Aircraft positions come from public tracking networks and may be missing, delayed or interrupted. No map position on this website is a verified gate assignment, official flight status, schedule or safety instruction.

Passenger rights and luggage rules

Rights calculators and baggage summaries are intended for initial guidance only. Eligibility for refunds or compensation depends on the law applicable to the itinerary, the operating airline, the cause of disruption, exact ticket conditions and evidence. Do not rely on a preliminary calculation as a legal decision or a guaranteed claim amount.

Airport transfers, parking and reservations

Information about transport, parking and airport facilities changes frequently. Where available, we link to separate providers; prices, availability, timetables and booking conditions must be confirmed with that provider. We do not process parking reservations or payments on the website unless a clearly identified booking service is introduced in future.

Editorial sources and corrections

We collect reference data from public aviation and travel information sources, keep links to official pages where available and correct mistakes when verified. For an explanation of our data standards, see Information standards. To report an error, use Contact.

Your own travel decisions

Before travelling, check current flight notifications, boarding and baggage deadlines, visa and entry restrictions, weather notices and accessibility needs with the responsible operator. We cannot make urgent travel decisions on your behalf and cannot guarantee continuous availability of this service.
